This video of 'rainbow bagels' being made is absolutely mesmerising
THESE ‘RAINBOW BAGELS’ are the latest New York trend to explode online, and probably the most colourful.
They may not look like something you can eat, but the bagels are very much edible – and served covered in ‘funfetti’ cream cheese.
The bagels are the creation of Scott Rossillo, owner of The Bagel Store café in Brooklyn, who first experimented with the neon dough 20 years ago.

According to TimeOut New York, making a rainbow bagel is painstaking work – 100 can be made in the time it normally takes to make a 1000 boring beige bagels.
Business Insider recently went behind the scenes to witness a batch being whipped up, and it’s absolutely mesmerising.
